INVOICE
Upon placing an order, an invoice will be forwarded to you within one (1) working day. If you did not receive an invoice from ROYAL INSIGNIA, please drop us an email at marketing@royalinsignia.com

OUT OF STOCK
All our pieces are handmade by our craftsmen and each product undergoes a long process before they are made available to you. We apologise if the product you are interested to purchase is out of stock. You can still purchase an out-of-stock product. Once your order has been confirmed, kindly contact us at marketing@royalinsignia.com for the estimated delivery time.

ORDER CHANGES
We hope you are delighted with your ROYAL INSIGNIA purchase. If you would like to make amendments to your order, kindly email marketing@royalinsignia.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

DELIVERY COSTS
ROYAL INSIGNIA offers free delivery internationally.

DELIVERY TIME
All in-stock orders will be shipped out within seven to ten (7-10) working days.

TRACKING OF ORDER
After your order has been processed and shipped, ROYAL INSIGNIA will email you a tracking number along with the details of the freight forwarder. You can use this number to track your order with the respective forwarder.

FAILED DELIVERY
In the event that the customer is not present during the scheduled delivery and is un-contactable, the freight forwarder will leave a notice at your doorstep. Kindly contact the forwarder to schedule another delivery. 
If you do not receive your product after seven (7) working days, kindly email marketing@royalinsignia.com with a copy of your invoice. 

TAXES
All prices listed are inclusive of taxes.

PACKAGING
All ROYAL INSIGNIA products come packed in our luxury gift box. Each gift box comes with a dust bag and a cleaning cloth to keep your product in the most pristine condition.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All ROYAL INSIGNIA products undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our workshop. However, we sincerely apologise should you receive a defective product. Please email us at marketing@royalinsignia.com with pictures and details of the defect within seven (7) days of receiving the products. Once the defect has been confirmed, our team will arrange for the defective product to be shipped back to our workshop and a brand new piece will be forwarded to you at the earliest possible time. 
The defective product should be shipped back in its original packaging. All shipping cost incurred for sending the defective product back to us will be borne by ROYAL INSIGNIA. Defects do not include variation in the colour of the semi-precious stone elements. Variations in colours are naturally occurring in semi-precious stones, and are not within our control.

PRODUCT CARE
All ROYAL INSIGNIA's frames are plated in 22K gold and accented with semi-precious stone elements. To keep your product in the most pristine condition, use the ROYAL INSIGNIA cleaning cloth provided in every gift box.
